Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
Booking Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@22.gr and will be acknowledged once processed. By completing a booking on our website, you agree to adhere to the above cancellation terms.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each apartment is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the apartments.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
